Service Description

UniClowd provides a messaging API proxy that enables AI assistants to send and receive messages across multiple messaging platforms through a single, unified interface.

Acceptable Use

By using UniClowd, you agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Engage in automated mass messaging without the explicit consent of recipients.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API.
• Use the service to violate the terms of any connected messaging platform.

Subscription & Billing

UniClowd offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law; partial-month refunds are not provided for voluntary cancellations.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the UniClowd service, including its software, branding, and documentation, remain the property of UniClowd. You retain ownership of any data and content you transmit through the service. By using the service, you grant UniClowd a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Data Handling

Message content is proxied in real-time and is not stored on our servers. OAuth tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

UniClowd is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, message delivery, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior, with or without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service dashboard.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UniClowd operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
