What We Do

UniClowd is a messaging proxy service that connects AI assistants to messaging platforms such as Telegram, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, and others through a unified API.

Data We Collect

• Email address — used for account identification and communication.
• OAuth tokens — stored encrypted; used to authenticate with your connected messaging platforms.
• Message metadata — routing information (sender, recipient platform, timestamps) used to deliver messages correctly.

Data We Do NOT Store

Message content is proxied in real-time between the AI assistant and your messaging platform. We do not persist, log, or index the content of your messages.

Third Parties

Messages are routed to the messaging platforms you have explicitly connected (e.g., Telegram, Slack, Discord). We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any other third parties.

How We Protect Your Data

All OAuth tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is protected via TLS 1.2+. We follow industry-standard security practices including regular security reviews and principle of least privilege access controls.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your authentication state in the admin dashboard. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies.

Data Retention

Account data (email, encrypted tokens) is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Children's Privacy

UniClowd is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Request a full export of your personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
